Started off fine. Lexus man came to p/u my car in Redondo Beach; however, he arrived w/ a loaner car, which I had canceled several days earlier. My choices were to have him take the loaner back to El Monte & resched the service, or take the loaner & keep it at my house so he could flatbed my car to El Monte. I had to go thru the free "rental" process, presenting license, proof of ins, & credit card, so I could store an unneeded car at my home. That all began on Wednesday. The car was in for a safety recall & its 2 yr service. My car was to be returned on Friday morning @ 8 am. Right about 8:00, I got a call to ask if I had been advsd that the delivery had been canceled. Jim Palmer was off until Tues. Finally spoke w/ Mr Wong who checked into the situation and thought that he could get the car delivered in the afternoon. He called back to confirm that the part had been obtained and ultimately the car was returned to me about 3 pm on Friday. On Saturday, my husband saw a charge to our credit card for $8.25, pending, for gas. I called Longo to see what was going on and had the charge removed. The free loaner was in my garage the entire time it was at my house, only being backed out when the flatbed driver was on his way w/ my car. While all of this was going on, I received no less than 12 text messages, few of which had any real information. This was not a good experience with Longo Lexus. - Carol M
