Kelly has been my go-to service advisor for several years. He always ensures that my car is serviced promptly and that all issues, if any, are addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Because of COVID-19, I missed the person-to-person contact due to my using the concierge service, which is a wonderful benefit. I was expecting a final follow-up call from Kelly to let me know that the car was ready.

I took my 2019 RC 350 in because i keep getting a message saying my blind spot monitor is disabled. All the said is there reset all error took a quick test drive and were unable to see the issue. I said it occurs about 15-25 minutes into the drive. I drive the car the very next day and the issue reappears. I sent the service advisor a message at 4pm saying I’ll bring it in now since the problem is occurring only to find out as I’m within 5 minutes of Longo that they are already closed. No suggestion on the next steps. Very frustrating. Finally he said to bring it in so they can keep it for a couple days drive it around to try to replicate the problem. I had pictures and a video showing whats on the display. Seems like there should be a call into Lexus support if no one has seen this issue before. I was way too longo at 4:00pm today while the problem was going on!! Then found out as I am 5 minutes away you are already closed.

Surprised that you guys are very busy, following the guidelines like face mask 6 feet distancing. Got a loaner so I don’t have to wait . James texted and called me that my car is ready. Also paid on line, that’s also a cool feature.
