This is the second time I took my car in for service and it was not as great as the first. The young girl at the front who we were greeted initially was not very friendly. Didn’t smile, no courtesy, nothing. She was even the one who brought my car up when it was done, I said, “thank you” and she basically ignored me. Didn’t seem to have any sort of customer service at all, didn’t seem like she even wanted to be working. Went inside and spoke to Kelly regarding what needed to be done to the car. Everything went simple and smooth for the most part. I was saved a loaner because initially my car had to stay a couple days to get the rims repaired. Waited around thirty minutes for the loaner because they didn’t have any ready. I’m surprised they didn’t have any loaners ready at the moment. Most of the time when I’ve rented from other companies, it’s been ready. A few hours pass and Kelly contacts me regarding my wheel and tire package and how something came up. We spoke on the phone and I told him I will contact Lexus Financial and call him back when I find out what happened with the warranty and if I still want to do the service for the tires. I contacted Lexus Financial and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I called Kelly back and said we won’t do the rim repair today until Lexus gets back to me regarding the warranty. Kelly says ok and informs me that the maintenance and fuel pump change will be done around 3 and he will call me. It’s around 4:20 and I’m wondering why he hasn’t called. I call over and speak to him and he says yeah it’s ready. Okay great, I have a little over half an hour to get there and fill up gas on the loaner. Couldn’t have told me earlier? I get there at 4:50 and Kelly was gone. They couldn’t find the paperwork at the desk. The guy at the front said, “they called you?” Yea I spoke directly to Kelly. When they did find the paperwork, they had told me I had to pay around $260 for the rim repair and I had told them it wasn’t done. They had to contact Kelly and verify the service wasn’t done. Why couldn’t he have communicated the service wasn’t done before he had left and told them I was coming to pick the car up? One of the managers did contact Kelly and verified the job wasn’t done. Left around 5:30 and wasn’t overall pleased with what had happened throughout the day. Seems like there was a lack of communication which is unfortunate because it created many obstacles that I feel like could’ve been avoided.
