Longo Lexus Auto Repair Service

This review is not Man Wong (who was a consummate professional and I was very pleased by his hospitality and friendly demeanor) However, this is for Longo running out of loaner vehicles and the Enterprise team I was sent to. That whole situation was unpleasant and left a terrible impression. The associate there was unfriendly, made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, and LIED to me about the cost to refuel. She explicitly said it would be cheaper to refuel at Enterprise as it would only be $2.77/gal, instead I was charged $4.29/gal upon return. I don’t care about the nominal cost, but it’s the principal of the matter. In addition, I explicitly requested a loaner vehicle when I made my appointment over a week and a half in advance. I also called to confirm that I would be getting a Lexus loaner vehicle the day before my appointment. Overall displeased with everything about my experience except for Man Wong’s professionalism.

Man Wong was such a pleasure. I really appreciated all of his help. In the 10 years I’ve been with Lexus, this was probably my best service experience. Thanks, Man!

Great service! We did not stay long in the waiting area.

I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance for the scheduled recall. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, I was given a rental car as they said it could take up to 6 hours to complete the job. 3 and a half hours into waiting, they called me and told me they were not able to start the job because they did not have the parts. The supervisor Clem Cisneros blamed the scenario on a high response rate of the recall. That was an unacceptable answer because they could have called me before the day's appointment. I had to use a vacation day to make time for this recall that never happened. When I brought up the situation to Clem, he said could let me keep the rental until my car was done next week. I do not wish to add additional liability on myself to drive a car that I am unfamiliar with for a week since it would a different model than my personal vehicle. I asked Clem if there was something else they could do for me and he pretty much just shrugged his shoulders and told me to take it or leave it. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of attention and incident resolution at Longo Lexus. I have many friends who own Lexuses and other Luxury vehicles and I have already told a couple of them to stay away from Long, and I will continue to share this story to anyone I encounter.
