My friend told me that Longo Lexus has a good service department. Then I decided to bring my vehicle there for my 30,000 service. I do not know what took so long until my name got called and I was told that the car will be finished on the next day. I have no problem until that point. But, I live Riverside, which is about an hour away with the traffic. Then I asked for a loaner car (I booked an appointment with a loaner car, so I expected Longo would have prepare it). They gave me UX 200, which means is a downgrade. I always bring my car for service to Lexus of Riverside and they always give the same type of car as my own, and to be honest, i was also disappointed with my service advisor because he never mentioned or update me regarding my car and when I picked up my car on the next day, I did not even see him updating my car’s condition, and I feel like I paid $600 just for dropping my car and picking it up again the next day for a car wash.
