Just try to be fair. Max's service was good before gas issue. I did not believe Longo still charged me 1/8 gas fee. Max explained to me and asked me to leave with impolite tone after I said I won't pay it. I believed he should have different approachs to handle this issue as an experienced specialist. Longo charged me $15.50 onceI left. I will not buy any Lexus and Toyota cars from Longo in future even I have purchased 3 cars in the past.
