Robin Ho, my goodness his absolutely phenomenal like always. He always took such a good cares of me & I am 100000000% percent so very happy & satisfied with his excellent hard work. For instance before I take the vehicle in I phoned him several times & even though his busy or at his break time he absolutely answered my calls & very polite great manner. His on top it everything & his the best. Because of him i already recommended my brother in law & my brother to Longo Lexus they brought Lexus before the Coronavirus started. Francis is the main reason I keep coming back to Longo to have my car serviced, while there are other closer dealerships to both my home and work.
