Experience was uneventful was is good. Dropped off vehicle. Waited about 10-15 minutes for Robin which was good given how busy the dealership was. Paperwork signed quickly. Did have to wait for loaner car a lille long since there were quite a few people ahead of me. All in all, experience didn’t take too long and as usual customer service ranked good.
