The service advisor Robin was awesome in all respects and I’ll be requesting him as my advisor from this point forward. However there was way too many people in the building and I did not feel safe inside. Customers were walking around maskless or with their masks partially on, leaving their noses exposed.

The Service Department gave me a price for a part for the center console (by email) near the shifter that is all one piece. I was told $212 by email. When I had service today for oil it was over $300 NOT including labor. My oil was free since I’m a new buyer. I didn’t get that confused, nor did I get the price confused with labor. Everyone needs to be on the same page when it comes to pricing. I can provide the email with the part number that’s the same part i needed today with the part marked up on my receipt. I’m not disgruntled by any means. Just trying to save someone a headache. Service was good, and I didn’t have to wait long.
