Angelique provided the best service possible. Very happy with Angelique. The complaint you are about to read has nothing to do with her. The wait for my car after submitting the half slip was way too long(THIRTY MINUTES), specially when I skipped getting the car washed and their wasn't many other people outside waiting for cars. Again Angelique was awesome, what happened after getting my paperwork wasn't awesome.

My only complaint is that Monica walked through the waiting area, and called out the name "Dan," as she kept walking. I didn't realize that she was looking for my husband, so I didn't speak up. The other people called, were "Service Customer, John Doe." It would have saved me waiting time if she had used my last name.

Everything went well, but they do try to sell you everything in the kitchen sink. I do have one complaint though, The trim on top of my car came off during the trip and it was flapping the windows so we pulled over and took them off. Do they just snap on? I had this problem once before and you said you fixed it. So is this a normal thing?
