The service was completed 1 hour later than promising time, and after two phone reminders. The service 'ready time' in the recite is incorrect, actually it was 2:07 pm, and it took extra 20 min to get car at pickup station. The service advisor did not put attention that last service was done 1 year ago, and I must reminde him that the oil change probably necessary. I'm Longo customer since 2012, and can see the you customer service level get worse, and it's very disappointing.

The estimated cost of getting my windows tinted was not discussed with me but it was on the paperwork. I was told the 15% off coupon I had was better than the 215 special offer coupon & the est. given was 128 so I was pleased. However the actual turned out to be 297! That's bad business and the way to lose customers. The courtesy car windows were dirty/fogged up due the morning weather. Unfamiliarity with the car controls made it hard to drive & turn on the wipers. The front window refogged right away even with wipers so I had to find & turn on the defrost. Visibility was was extremely bad driving into the morning low sun. Longo should make sure this doesn't occur on these loaners.

Jennifer Nam as usual was great. Great attitude and very knowledgeable and professional. However the service department was not able to repair my car on a timely basis. The window shipped and received was mislabeled. I had to go on vacation with a broken window.

I am very unhappy with my service I had ordered a small part to be installed on my dash I had asked Monica three times if this small part has been installed on my dash I had been there for 5 hours waiting had that piece been installed my hatch to my trunk to be repaired got home and none of these things work my interior lights have been fooled with I can't get them to turn on very disappointing I would like to speak with a manager !
