Here is my concern, I made an appointment at 12:00, when i got to the service line, there were two lines, I waited in the line for 20 mins just to drop off the car. There was no significant signs for customers who made appointments in at advance or customers with no appointment. If the rule is who comes first and get to serve first, what is the point by making an appointment. I was arrived the same time as other car who drove beside me, the guy who was wearing a blue shirt not even bother to ask who has an appointment, this is very disappointed. And when i tried to ask him question, he just walked away with ignorance. After I dropped off the car, there was another 40 mins just to wait to talk to the service specialist. This is crazy, I am very unhappy with this kind of wait, totally wasted more than 1 hour. If I've specified on the phone what was my concens, I don't think i need to repeat myself to the service specialist. And when I picked up my car, service specialist was not present to explain my service report. I am very disappointed the time consuming and didn't have a satisfactory experience, hope this can be improved in the future.

John Chang was awesome 10/10.
Car wash team on the other hand did a very poor job.
The car did not come out fully cleaned. Wheels were still dirty. Top of the Trunk got scratched. Thankfully John was able to to have the detail team buff out the scratch marks on the trunk.
