I will use this vehicle for Dr. Daniel McKinney. Even so, I was called to find out if I was on site. I have been receiving texts telling me the car is ready. And I'm getting a request to comment on your service. My comment is: you should know who's your customers, and who is bringing the car in and who is picking the car up. From my perspective you have failed on this very simple issue. I would add that I spoke with the service person and told that person I was not who they should be contacted.

I was not satisfied with my service due to my service advisor disappearing before my car was returned to me. He did not tell me who would be handling my service once he left. It was estimated that my car would be done 1 hr to 1hr and 15 min. At 1hr and 40 min, I wanted to know the status and my service person had a sign on his desk the he was gone. I asked Taylor for an update and she tried to help but told me I had to wait for his return. I was told that my car was ready and no one discussed the status of my vehicle with me. I paid and my vehicle was brought out. One of my tires has a leak and I asked for it to be checked no one gave me an update. I got no information on my vehicle what so ever only guesses. After 2 hrs I left very upset and dissatisfied.
