Great service by Eliseo. My only caveat is when they pulled my car up they had the heater turned to high blast, windows up, super hot & it was a nice 78 degree day. Why? I found that they melted my 28 lipstick down to nothing. It's all over my console. Not cool at all!

I appreciate the effort. However , I would have appreciated more of a "follow-up" or periodic status updates with me while I was waiting. Actually, I felt like I was ignored and taken advantage of...which I did not like. Up till now, I have been a very satisfied customer for the last 6 years. Honestly, I'm debating whether to continue my car service-relationship with Longo Lexus.
