I had asked if it's possible to check on coolant and water levels because i dont know how to check that and he said they do all that and water was very low and no coolant! I been coming to this lexus since I bought my car and Unfortunately I am very upset because my car was smoking a bit and my brother told me it did not have any of the above I had asked to be checked. Also, my car started leaking a pinkish liquid and I don't know if it's because of oil change????very disappointed with service!!!!!

My first service I ordered a part from Longo under warranty. I was told I would be contacted once it was in. Never heard back. Followed up during second oil change and was told it would be followed up on. Never called us back. Service agent was out to lunch when we picked up he car. Seems like a consistent issue.
