Man Wong provided excellent service. Very professional. Only thing I would like longo to improve is the line to get in. I made an appointment for 8:45. Showed up at 8:30. But didn't get to see Man Wong till after 9. Almost 45 mns wait.

If it wasn't for the manager, I would have walked out the door. Eliseo provided the worst service I have received at Longo tomdate and I have been bringing my car in every 5000 miles for the past 4 1/2 years. I waited one hour to be called in although I had made an appointment and he seemed like he didn't care that I had been waiting that long and didn't try to work with me to get my car serviced more quickly. I told him that I was going to walk out the door if they could not service my car in a timely fashion and he said there was nothing he could do. I had to ask for the manager who then help to me and was very apologetic. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out the door I would most likely not return for future services.
