The service experience with Kelly Yang and everyone at Longo, as usual, was excellent.
I usually have a loaner while my car is serviced. When I went to pick it up this time, I was a bit disappointed to see the rear bumper sticker. I've seen similar stickers from other dealerships and thought it was tacky and I was hoping Longo wouldn't take that same route, but unfortunately you did; disappointed. I understand that the cost of those custom license plates are pretty high for a large loaner fleet but I thought it was an excellent idea. If the dealership plans to abandon the license plate idea all together, I hope the dealership takes on a more tasteful approach that is fitting of the Lexus name.

One thing to note, the loaner car had a very big ugly sticker for the promotion of Longo on the bumper. I love Longo, but the appearance of the sticker makes the car and the brand look tacky. Can we explore other methods like how other dealers do it?
