I'm not upset with the service assistance man wong was great and very professional about his job, but I am upset that I left the dealer with a deep scratch on the driver side fender. Plus my car didn't get a proper clean.

Longo just finished a follow up service because they did not have the right drivers side window the first time. Jennifer Nam was also my service consultant for this service. Once again she proved that she is extremely professional and caring that my service was done properly. She tested out the window and followed up with me about some other service that we both agreed could be deferred for now. After I consulted with her and paid the cashier, she saw me waiting for my car. Without any hesitation she went and retrieved my car herself, thereby allowing me to be on my way quicker. I am very pleased with Jennifer.

Picking up my i was in hurry. Valet guy tells me somebody will help you without looking at my slip he ran out. Not clarifying anything assuming automatically my car was going to be pulled up any minute. Still waiting, I had to ask another guys standing at valet not knowing I left my slip. I wasn't disturb by the second attendent, I had problem with the first attendant he seemed to just brush me away.
