I am so glad that I gave Longo Lexus a chance to service my car. I was very pleased the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The extra bonus was the snack bar and cold/hot beverages and a clean car after the service. Jenifer was helpful and friendly. Overall, everyone was professional.

Did not realize that I would have to wait 3 days to have car returned by flatbed. I guess I assumed too much.
The service rep was not my usual (Jim Palmer is my regular rep).
I never thought to ask how long after service would my car be returned. Service performed on Thursday and part of Friday. Frances left a message on Friday saying " car is ready and call service Dept. and arrange return by flatbed". We couldn't wait until Monday 8:30 PM for first available delivery so drove out on Saturday to pick it up ourselves. Maybe you don't return cars on Saturdays?? And I know you are closed on Sunday.

Regarding the service rep Eric Anaya, I'm pleased to say that he did a fantastic job helping me with my service even though his leg was messed up. I am horrible with remembering names and totally forgot my paperwork in the loaner vehicle so it was quite easy for the office to track him down as my service rep using that description

I had a bad experience. I waited over 2 hours just to get an oil change for my car and the service rep Eliseo gave me the impression that he didn't care about me or my time when I asked him about the delays. I felt like he purposely made me wait longer than needed just because he can. I would rate my experience as poor.
