Man Wong gave exceptional service in fully explaning recall/update for my NX. He had it checked out and the issue was resolved. Also some weeks back a thought I ran over something in my travels. Man Wong tech caught and the issue was resolved. Had I driven a while more I may have had a flat. Man Wong is very knowledge about the Lexus line and I appreciate him because responded to all my questions going giving clear guidance in the maintenance of my auto.
