Robin did a great job but the whole process took too long. I made an appointment for noon and I arrived on time. I was told to wait in service lounge after handing over my keys and 20 minutes later no one had contacted me. I asked at the front and the receptionist said I was next. Now 30 mins after my appt time I meet robin. He tells me it will be about 1.5-2 hours for an oil change. By 2:20 my car was ready but when I handed my ticket to the valet it took another 20 mins to get my car back. This amounted to a nearly 3 hour oil change. In the future, I'll consider going elsewhere for such minor maintenance.
