eric was great he was able to locate the noise i heard voming from my steering wheel. i had reported to others before and i was told it was normal. Eric found out something needed lubricants. Also, when i got home i noticed the passenger side step in had oil all over the vinal part which i was not to happy. i was surprised. nothing else to report

One comment. I was sent a text alerting me that my car was ready. But when I went to cashier. I was told they send those texts early but it would be another 10 minutes before I would get vehicle. Kind of defeats the purpose of sending the alerts
