I'm sad to say, I'm disappointed with the service this time. First of all, it took me 1:30 to drop off the car and get a loaner. When I did get the loaner, it wasn't even a Lexus. My present car is getting older and driving a newer model could add some encouragement for me to getting a new one? Another disappointing thing was - when I did finally pick up my car, one of the panels inside that was serviced, was not attached. Unfortunately, I didn't find out till I got home. Now I have to take some more time off to get that resolved. Hopefully I'll have a better experience on my return?
