Odometer was read incorrectly, and maintenance light was not reset. I was told that my car was ready to be picked up; however, when I arrived to Longo, I was told that the paperwork was still not complete and to wait. Overall, I felt like the service was sloppy, and although the customer service representative seemed to listen to my concerns, my experience was subpar.
