I took my car in to have the air-bag recall taken care of. I was treated in a courteous manner and the shuttle took me home. According to the paperwork work on my car was completed at 5:03 PM on Tuesday, however I was not notified until Wednesday morning at 7:10 AM. Since Longo Lexus is open until 7:00 PM, I would have preferred to fetch my car on Tuesday.
