I'm a first time Lexus owner. I brought my car twice to Longo Lexus bc of the complementary 5K and 10K mile maintenance service. I have been thoroughly impressed by Service Consultant Beau Ly, who was extremely helpful, courteous, accommodating, and customer oriented. He explained things patiently. I appreciated the complementary loaner vehicle, car wash and gas fill up (gas provided when recall is involved). Best of all, Beau and his two managers, Mark Berube and Paul Wareham, went out of their way to honor a special request of mine for a replacement part. Top notch service!

The check in process was a complete mess! I had a 9:15 appointment but was not assigned to Jim Palmer until 10. When I arrived at Longo Service there were 2 lines about 10 cars long each. I realize you are remodeling but you need to get yourselves better organized to provide adequate service to your customers. Once I was assigned to Jim Palmer he was terrific! He was congenial and very efficient--an island of calm and competence in the midst of confusion. I will ask for him as my service advisor now that Paul Mills is no longer around.
