This is the second time I have Man Wong as my service rep. He's most courteous and responsive. Having the passenger side airbag repaired was a smooth process. I dropped the car on Thursday at 7:00 AM and received a couple of text messages of the progress. Picked it up at 7:00 AM on Friday. Man Wong noted that my dashboard was a bit low and he said that he'd contact me when the parts are in for replacement. He's a trustworthy rep.
