Eric Tran was excellent with his service however car was returned with oil handprints inside front chair and dashboard and a pilastic cover which we don't know how to put it back topped the bad experience we had with service manager Cisneros who managed to add 60 to the original repair cost agreed of 628
It's not the money but a matter of principals and never before encounter this issues with any Lexus services in particular Longo which we had made the extra efforts ti drive from Irvine a two hours drive with traffic
Cisneros was very arrogant and we will not come back if he still works there
Two other customers upset with Cisneros joined my conversation and expressed their issues with service manager Cisneros
Furthermore i went to kill some time to sales and a gentleman who works for sales dept stated that his long time customers complained about service dept and Cisneros as well so i would assume you would reconsider his employment status because his attitude and actions are not in sync with Longo lexus white glove services
So as business owner i would be concerned if my manager would sabotage my long term clients and tarnish the Longo lexus reputation

As always, Frank went above and beyond. He is the only service advisor I will see, in fact I make sure to schedule any service (I have 3 vehicles and bring a 4th in for someone else) around his schedule. Frank is an asset to Longo Lexus!

Robin was very helpful, I have an issue with feathering on my tires that I have some reason to believe was there when I purchased the car at Longo , although I don't think Longo should put a new set of tires on it. Robing listened to my story, and explained some options of buying tires at Longo. I had planned to purchase tires at Costco but I now think, when the times comes I will buy them at Longo. Robin explained options, but Also I think in order to keep a customer happy was working getting me a good deal due to the history. Plus there is something about how longo handles service, that makes me feel comfort.

Very pleased with the work done and the customer service ! Only complaint would be when I picked up the car it wasn't clean from the car wash that was provided. I was offered another car wash to get it cleaned again which is nice but I didn't have time to do so.
