After dealing with Crown Lexus in Ontario and dealing with their unprofessionalism, I finally decided to drive 30 miles to Longo for service. Met with Eric Tran and he introduced me to Ronnie and service, Ron and I went for a Test Dr., Ronnie understood my concerns with my car, told me exactly what they were going to do, and then got me back with Erik Tran. Every few days I was impressed to have communication with Erik and knew I was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend Longo Lexus and Erik Tran! EXCELLENT JOB!
