Longo Lexus should provide a loaner car instead of a rental car for the Tanaka air bag recall. It should also have technicians available on Saturdays so I don't have to take the car to Longo Lexus during the week. Thank you.

Service Rep Eliseo Villanueva - Make customer stand and wait while he was on personal phone call. Communication and personal attitude need to be improved. Would prefer another rep for next service.
Rental Desk - Extremely slow service. Needs to inform customer to provide insurance card in advance of service appointment. Counter rep requires customer without insurance card to walk to their (already checked-in) vehicle to get insurance card. Such a hassle and inconvenient. Inconsistency with requiring customer to walk to their vehicle to get insurance card. Those whose complain or refuses have the privilege on not having to personally get.
