Arrived in time for my 10:15 appointment. Waited 25 minutes to get checked in. Told it would take 2.5 hrs for service. Took 4 hrs plus another 2.5 hrs to put on 2 new tires. A total time of 7 hrs! Never experienced this poor service at Longo's in the past. Hope it gets straightened out.

He is too negative when it comes to service; for example, when I try to schedule for Fiday appointment on Tuesday, he went ahead to tell me it cannot be done without even checking. When I tried to book an rental car, his first response was all the cars were probably booked on Monday, until I told him I was here for recall. Everything was amazing up to the point of getting my car back. It really shouldn't take 15 minute to get my car back once everything was completed. I was forced to stand outside in the cold, and employees just stare blankly at me. I gave you the slip, how hard is it to get my car so I can leave and go to work. But nope, people just casually walk around doing their own thing while knowing full well I just need to pick up my car after personally handing them the tag to get my car. It's really a poor way to end the experience. David was great, might want to retrain your staffs on the valet. HAVING YOUR CUSTOMER STAND 15 -20 MINUTE IN THE COLD IS A BAD EXPERIENCE FYI. Now I dread coming back or dread recommending anyone here for service or sells need, don't need that type of experience for my customers and family.
