My service appointment was for 9:45am. I arrived at 9:30am and waited 10 minutes for an attendant to check me in and take my vehicle. I was then told by the attendant to go wait inside for my name to be called by a service consultant. I was not seen by a service consultant until about 45minutes after my appointment time with no updates in between. The what was frustrating because I did make an appointment and my ride ended up having to wait for me for almost an hour.
