Jim , my service advisor was awesome. What didn't complete my satisfaction was the full interior and exterior cleaning and detail. I picked up my car at night, so I cannot really see the interior job. The next morning, I can clearly see smear on the dashboard, navigation system, and the side mirrors. C'mon Longo Lexus, I paid over 100 to get this detail on my car and I get this in return. I could have just wiped down the dashboard, navigation, and side mirrors myself with a better job
