It was not the representative's fault. When I called in to make my appointment, I was very specific about what repairs I needed. I was disappointed to find out upon my arrival that parts needed to be ordered. The situation could have been mitigated if the receptionist would have routed me to the service team. Perhaps additional training may help for the future.
