This has nothing to do with my service person but just the wait times. They were more than expected. Actually my service person, Angelique would keep me posted on timing which was great. If it wasn't for her attentiveness it would have been a different experience. We need to work on Saturday wait times, especially when you have an appointment like I did.

One of the best customer service experiances that I've ever had hands down! John Chang is awsome every time i see him!
