Representative was doing his best to be helpful, but couldn't find any information on the "Sway Warning" that forced me to visit the Service Department. It then took almost three hours for the Service Department to return the car to me with the information that nothing was wrong and telling me how to reset.

You had to change my battery Thanks. But they didn't reconnect my systems to have my phone work through my car. So now I have to bring it back when I get back in town. Not good. They had my car 3 1/2 hours and They always say they are testing and your done. Frank did a good job I think he is one of the best reps I have had in my 10 years with Longo

While I previously worked with a lovely consultant Stacey Yee (so sorry if I am wrong about the name) I was immediately very happy to work with Jennifer!!
