Service was fine,car was washed before taking it in and when I got it back it was very dusty and I had jo problem with that but when I got home I dusted it off and noticed a lot of water spots .I called Edward to let him know that I was very unhappy with complimentary wash but no return call. ..

We've been at Lexus since 09 and have always gotten service thru them at the El Monte location. Our new service advisor Kelly yang is by far the worst advisor we've had. My wife decided this time not to come to El Monte anymore because of him. Agressive, rude, insulting are just a few words to sum it up and if I had the energy I might have pursued legal action for harassment, but I'm with a broken neck and jaw at the moment so I will not. Our time here has been great except for these last visits. We'll never use him again and may not come back to El Monte Lexus period.
