I was told my car would be ready Monday I took it at7am. Then l was told it would be ready on Tuesday. That day I was told it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday I was offered a loaner which I picked up Tuesday afternoon. When I got home I got a message my car was ready. Since it was raining the trip home was very long I picked up my car today. I do not blame Francis, but the service department it seems to me that since they are working on air bag recalls they should have ordered all the parts they need ahead of time.

Was told I have to pay on my next service visits when've I was told and contract says diferent .
I asked about the side mirrors to be looked at ( lights won't come on when cars are getting closer ) instead I was felt as I should know and told me where this function is but this funcin is to close the side mirrors ) totally misunderstood or didn't give me the time to understand my needs !
I have noticed the quality of Lexus service has dropped.????
Lexus IS my car , have owned since 2000 don't want to switch to Mercedes
