My representative Jennifer Nam is awesome. Unfortunately she was out when I picked up my vehicle, plus Jennifer did a follow up to see how everything went. I explained to Jennifer the bad experience I had on Tuesday 3-22-17, Jennifer apologized even though she wasn't there, that's customer satisfaction and to make better, Jennifer took it to the next level and offered to provide a part that I needed for my camera. It was just the process I went through as explained to Jennifer that was bad. I'm very glad and blessed to have Jennifer as my rep.
