As this being my first time bringing in my car for maintenance I was really upset at the fact that the receptionist did not mention about scheduling a loaner car when service is being done. I was without a car for 3 hours and when I returned to pick up the car they had me waiting for at least 15 minutes to have the valet guy bring it up. there was other people sitting on benches that were waiting there longer. Understaffed I was constantly being ignored and I feel like they should be more knowledgeable

My experience is such that there is not enough space here to discribe it! I was waiting for more than three hours just to hear that my flat tire on my brand new can't be fixed and also to learn that great Longo doesn't have a tire I need and I have to find it somewhere else and meanwhile continue driving on spare tire! Great service indeed! I'm grateful that I got such a good service and when I asked where I could get the tire the advice was" I don't know" !!! Now let me tell you that America's Tire called 3or 4 places till they found it! Ordered it! Loaned me a regular tire till they get it, so I'm safe to drive not a spare one! Shame on service I got at Longo! I'd be happy to return your car today and never hear from you again! Ludmila G

I was satisfied with the service provided by Edward. Your service Dept overlooks people, which in turn I had to wait over an hour to find you had not even looked at my car. I was then told it would take another two hours for servicing. I'm not at all impressed with your companies process, Edward was very kind and moved my car servicing right along. You have an excellent employee in Edward. You do need to reevaluate the manner in which you set up appointments . I'm courteous enough to show up on time , please show me the same courtesy.
