My experience yesterday (3/30/2017) was absolutely unsatisfactory. I was in your shop for oil change. But to my astonishment,the service took me three hours. I dropped the car at 12:50 and got it back at 15:45. I made a complaint to Mr. Glem Cisneros,Service Drive Supervisor.I told Mr.Cisneros it was unacceptablly abnormal to have such a basic service for such a long time. There must be something wrong and I strongly demand Longo Lexus let me know what happened. A simple apology does not help. After I left Longo Lexus on my way home,Mr.Eliseo Villanue,service adviser,called me to apologize for some miscommunication occurring within his department.

This recall was a total inconvenience for me, I got to work late and had the leave early to pick up the car so I am now behind on work however Beau Ly was extremely courteous and helpful so he helped the experience from my perspective. My gas tank was full so Lexus did not fill it up and that was not nice. I should have received something else for the inconvenience
But the customer service was outstanding and I am thankful my car was washed.

Jennifer Nam has always taken very good care of all of my Lexus vehicles. She is so knowledgeable about the vehicles whenever I have a service question. She is also very conscientious in wanting to get the repair done right the first time by Longo's mechanics that she carefully analyzes the issues I bring up to her regarding my RCF or RX. She is also a very wonderful and pleasant person to speak to. Always willing to listen. A great asset for Longo Lexus's Service Department.

Exterior detailing was done however, water marks remained on the windows, mirrors and paint. The car was in for service for around seven hours (when I dropped it off till when I received a notice) so I was expecting to not find water marks on the side mirrors, windows and paint.
