This was the worst service experience I’ve had.
From the 2+ hrs it took to get my oil change done (which had a scheduled appointment time) to the 30 minutes it took for someone to walk to the back and bring me my car - after the service was completed and I had paid - this was a shameful demonstration of service.
I will be writing to Lexus to share a more thorough complaint. You do your brand a disservice by thinking this is anything that meets ANY level of service standard.

Hes was friendly from the moment he met me at my car in the drop-off area. He listened to my concerns and then talked to me about the process and what to expect. While the quote to replace the tire sensors was 4x the cost of having them replaced at the tire shop (I declined the service) , it was still a pleasure working with him.
