I was asked to come in to have three recalls fixed and I was given an appointment time. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I was on time, I waited more than an hour to begin the process and in fact was helped by the front desk clerk, who went office to office to find a rep, who would take care of me. I was disappointed by that.
Also, I don’t think it is in line with good customer service for me to have to pay for the liability coverage on the rental car, in order to not be liable for damage. I found that to be very unpleasant.

Carlos is a great representative of Lexus of Stevens creek. Quality employees such as Carlos Munoz are hard to find so do whatever it takes to make him happy. Otherwise you will face lots of turnover that will not help you. I’m grateful that Carlos Munoz is my service writer I feel like I’m in good hands????

Steve Bertolacci went above & beyond to assist me. I brought my IS 250 on Monday 9/16 for Airbag safety recall service. Forty-five mins after picking up my car from the Lexus lot, the system engine light came on. It was already 6:30 pm that time, so I called the main number, and the scheduler booked me for an appointment at 1:40 pm the next day (Tues). I was hoping for a morning schedule, but that was the only time available.
At 7 am on Tuesday , Steve messaged me to thank me for coming in on Monday. I sent him a message regarding the warning that came on; and of my time preference. Steve replied right away and told me to bring in the car anytime that morning. I came in at 10:30 am & Steve took the time to talk to me. I told him of my time constraints because of a family member needing medical care. Steve listened and was very supportive. I left my car there for further checks. By 1:30 pm, Steve gave me the update that there are tire sensors issues causing the warning light to come on.
My husband also called the Lexus office, and Steve answered all his questions regarding the car’s issues.
As a hospital staff taking care of patients & their families with great stress on their shoulders, I would just like to recognize the excellent customer service Steve had provided me. He could have given my case to another person the next day, but he continued to help me. By him saying, “Okay, I will take care of it,” I was reassured that someone is there to help me. He continued to updated me with the problem in my car; he was just a phone/text away, and most of all, You can DEFINITELY trust him “to take care of it!”
Thank you Steve Bertolacci for your professionalism and excellent assistance, and for going above & beyond with what you do. Lexus is fortunate to have you represent its excellent trademark to customers!
