Brought car in gor oil change and tire pressure light. Steve explained to me, after checking the comouter that oil change isnt needed for up to a year, despite sticker on window that says it needs it with a hundred miles.
Now, a few days later, I get a warning saying my oil needs to be changed soon, and the tire pressure waning light is coming back on.
Happy to wirk to get this resolved.

Michael is fantastic and very happy with him through the years. For this time I would like to specially recognize and thank Chris, who displayed amazing customer orientation, thoughtfulness and care. When I came to return the car we had our grandson, my wife and 92 years old mom. So I wanted to drop them near the main entrance before going to the car return area. Chris approached me, helped and said he would receive the car and take it to return area. Then when he brought my car, he helped with putting baby and car seat in the car. This young man has the right attitude and represents LEXUS Brand well. He will go a long way in life. Thank You. Michael as always and Chris.
