The experience was absolutely amazing until it became time to pay. I was greeted by my service manager and handed off to the front desk for payment. At that point it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at an auto shop. However I stood at the desk to pay for about 15 min and there were very few opportunities to ask anyone if I was next or what was going on. Your system is the definition of “lean” and I enjoyed it very much. I would recommend taking a look at the tail end of the process and ensuring that the amazing service that was provided for the first 95% of the visit is continued through the end.
