This is only related to the loaner and car detailing.
Loaner:
It’s been a while since I got a loaner but the car smelled like a rental than a car that would be provided to a customer. I had to roll down the windows to get fresh air. There was also a receipt from a previous customer in the beverage holder. Not sure how thorough a cleaning was done before releasing it to the next customer. The car seemed to smell like someone had smoked in it in the past.
Detailing/wash:
The car seemed to have been washed but there were noticeable signs that the car was not wiped down after the wash. It became very noticeable while driving at sunset. The streaks were also noticeable on the hood of the car. Again it looked like it was left to dry off without any wiping off the water/soap residue.
The interior didn’t seem to have been vacuumed and the dashboard still had dust/lint appearing that it was not wiped down.
The tires also weren’t dressed.
Some of the above might not be part of the service and I could be mistaken with what was done at past services.
Other than the above, service advisor and mechanics service was very good.
