Michael Babcock was great, and service was done timely. Only problem was poor quality of on line service system. I could not access my account because it did not recognize my email address. This worked fine 3 years ago, and has been broken now for years. Fix it! BTW I get regular emails from the sales dept, so you guys have my email address in the system!

However after I took the car and was driving for some time, I could hear lot of road noise. I checked all windows and they were all closed. After sometime I figured out that the sun/moon roof was open. I did’t realize this because the sliding cover was closed. If this had been rainy season, there would have been lot of damage to the car. Please ensure that things like this doesn’t happen. Thanks.
