Hey Michael! Your service was great, thank you. I noticed one of my all weather floor mats was missing, the right passenger side.. I didn’t realize it until today when I checked my trunk. Usually after the vacuum and car wash the technician would place it in my trunk so I didn’t think to check when I picked up my car. Can you please check if there is a mat left behind? Thank you much!

I wanted to send my appreciation. I had a horrible day when I brought in my car. I had a bag stolen with my computer, phone and car keys. I didn’t have back up key so I had to have my car towed in. I got there just about closing time, with no reservation or a ride home. I ran in to Marshall just before he was leaving, he assured me he wouldn’t leave till was taken care of. He stayed late, got me checked in and found me a loaner car. After such a bad day it was nice to know the service was taken care of and be back on the road in a comfortable car. I just want to say, Nathan Chavez was awesome! Give him another award. Super cool and down to earth guy. He was definitely very helpful, and honest. I didn't feel like I was force to do a certain service or try to scare me that I must complete this in order for my car to run right. He even answered all my questions and gave me good recommendations on how long my tires and breaks will last. He even looked up the tires the I currently have on the car and gave me a quote so that I know how much to save up for when that time comes to replace my tires. I definitely had a great experience for my first ever visit here. I am definitely coming back. Only thing I do recommend is maybe get some more donuts or an assortment of pastries, then again I might have been too late because my appointment was 9:20 AM and all the hungry customers probably ate them all already. It's all good though maybe next time on my next visit. But seriously thank you so much for the amazing customer service and for going the extra mile in everything you guys do. I am truly appreciative and grateful. God bless!
