Paymon, I appreciated the friendly and courteous service given by you staff particularly Gary who drove us to Santana row and back to the service center and the young lady ( who’s name I didn’t get ) who was sitting in the same area as Gary. However I was very disappointed with the overall experience, starting with my appointment setup. I was not told that the service center was in a different location than the dealership, which resulted in an unnecessary trip to the dealership . Once I got to the service center there was no signage or personnel to direct me where to check my vehicle in. As much as I appreciated the prompt service done on my car, it wasn’t washed like we talked about during checking in. I truly would not have been too upset if this was an oversight, but my vehicle dirty and there was a signed form on my dashboard indicating that the vehicle had been washed. Again I would not be overly upset about this if the car was still slightly dirty but unfortunately it was as dirty as when I brought it in. When I pointed it out to one of your staff members, she apologized and gave me a voucher for a car wash, but honestly it’s an inconvenience for me to have to bring my vehicle back to you for a service the should have been done when It should have been done in the first place. waited much longer than I expected, and the car was not washed.

Sampson and Cheryl are fantastic! Only issue is, I received a message saying that my car is ready for pick up but when I get there they say services completed yet I can’t have my keys yet until I have to do blah blah blah and I’m not sure why I received a message saying that my car is ready for pick up even though I can’t actually drive away for another two hours. It’s a little odd. This happened to me the last time too and it was a different crew working so I don’t blame these guys.

Paymon is a true professional with excellent customer service skills! He listens to customer concerns and takes action. He handled our longterm and ongoing issue extremely professionally in a timely manner, an issue that had been reported several times previously but no diagnostic or resolution had been implemented to our satisfaction! He truly deserves this feedback! Dear Paymon, we truly appreciate your professional interaction with us and with helping us to get our longterm issue resolved...!!!

I was very happy with my service representative. This was a holiday weekend and employees may have not shown up. Or the service department may have overbooked. I believe everybody really tried their best, but they had too many clients for the amount of staff today. My representative did a fantastic job with the elements of a holiday weekend. Overall the service took quite a long time and the wash wasn’t perfect I don’t know holiday weekend I understand. Again I think my representative today and understand on a holiday weekend employees don’t show up sometimes. Thank you for the service today, BARRY

No car wash and vacuum

I was told the car wash was backed up and would have too waited long. I waited a hour only to have the returned to me unwashed, but instead was given a car wash voucher. They could of given me that voucher up front instead of having me wait for nothing.
