The driver’s side door flies open when I am driving, thus unsafe. I might hit a car facing my driving direction. I did go back once, but it occurring again. My key will not automatically open the door, I have to open the key and place it in the door opener slot. This way it opens. The car door is misfunctioning. Now I am unable to close the driver’s door which was worked on yesterday. Sorry about all of the mishaps. I live almost 10 miles from Lexus service location, a bit too far to travel insafely on the freeway or on the streets.

Drop off and get loaner car part was good. But at pickup, I waited for 25 minutes for my car to be pulled out, which usually should be 5 minutes only. And my car was not washed. Other cars pulled out were all clean and shiny. I was told later that car wash was down, I wonder why service advisor didn’t mention when I dropped off my car and why all other cars looked so clean? I’m not happy with this excuse at all. My car seemed double parked by other cars and probably didn’t finish cleaning part before service advisor notified me car was ready. I hope this does not happen again.
